Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations must be made in writing to info@anthonyskey.com and received before the time constraints detailed within this policy. Full payment is required to confirm all Dolphin Activities. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour date or failure to attend are charged 100% of the tour cost. If the tour is canceled for any reason by the operator and a client cannot rebook and wants a refund, a refund will be granted. In unfavorable weather conditions, tours will be rescheduled or refunded.
